Chilli Chicken

Haiii friends…
Today I like to share with you the recipe of chilli chicken. 
Me and my better half don’t like too much spice. So this recipe is also neither spicy, nor sweet. Only moderate amount of spice is there. If you like to have a spicier one, add 1-2tsp pepper powder extra. Also here I used normal chilli powder. If you are using kashmiri chilli powder, you can increase the amount of pepper powder.

Ok, now coming to the recipe….
Ingredients:


Chicken(boneless)
500g
Onion
3 medium sized(diced)
Garlic
1 head(pealed)
Capsicum
1 large
Green chillies
2 (slited)
Chilli powder
1 tbsp
Pepper Powder
1 tsp
Tomato sauce
2tbsp
Chilli sauce
1tbsp
Soya sauce
½ tbsp
Corn flour
2 tsp
Water

Salt

Oil
For frying

For marination:
Chilli powder
1tbsp
Pepper Powder
1tsp
Soya sauce
1tsp
Corn flour
1tsp
Salt


Preparation:

Cut the boneless chicken to small cubes. Marinate it and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Then fry it in a pan (Don’t make it too crisp). Keep it aside. 
(Reserve some oil for sauting.)
Take another pan. Pour 2tbsp oil (above reserved oil). Put the diced onions and saute it until it reaches golden colour. Then add peeled garlic and saute it for another 5 minutes. Then add capsicum and green chillies and saute for another 5 minutes. Now add chilli powder and pepper powder. Then add 3 sauces and salt and cook it for another 5 minutes. Then add the fried chicken pieces to it.  Add 1tbsp water to corn flour and make a paste and add it to the chilli chicken. Cook another 5 minutes and switch off the flame. Tasty chilli chicken is ready!!!
