Melting Moment Cookies

Today I thought of making some cookies for my cute little naughty pie!!!! He is now 2 years old and one among my 2 food testers(other one is my better half !!!).
I rarely make cookies. I prefer baking cakes to cookies. So I have only limited collection of cookie recipes with me. And one among them is melting moment cookies. Like the name itself its a melting cookie.Outside portion is crispy (due to cornflakes) and inside is very soft!!!
 I got this recipe from one of my Facebook group. Its very easy to make and also tasty.
Some things to be noted while preparing this cookie:
  • Measurements should be perfect
  • Butter, sugar and egg have to be beated well









Ingredients:
  • All purpose flour(sifted) -250 g
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Egg - 2
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Crushed Cornflakes

Preparation:
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Beat butter and sugar well.
  • Add egg to it and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add vanilla essence and beat for 1 more minute.
  • Add milk to it and mix it well.
  • Fold the sifted all purpose flour to the batter(don't beat it).
  • Dip hand in some all purpose flour and makes small balls out of it.
  • Dip it in crushed cornflakes and put it in a tray.
  • Bake it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Your tasty melting moment cookies is ready.
