Dark Chocolate Cake

Today I like to share with you all a simple chocolate cake recipe. I hope every one would like this recipe. Try the recipe and share your experience in comments.
Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1.75 cup
Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1.5 cup
Baking powder - 1.5tsp
Baking soda - 1.5tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Egg - 2
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 2tsp
Boiling Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350degree Celsius.
  • Grease a 9 inch pan with oil or butter
  • Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt into a large bowl and mix well.
  • Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla essence to it.
  • Beat it for 2 minutes using a beater (You can also use a hand whisk. Whisk until all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Make sure that there are no lumps in it.)
  • Stir in the boiling water.
  • Pour it into the prepared pan and bake it for 40-45 minutes. 
  • Cool completely and frost according to your taste.
