Easy and Yummy Mixed Fried Rice

Hope you all are fine. Today I will share with you people the recipe of fried rice. Besides some vegetable cuttings, it is very easy to prepare and doesn't take much time.
In this recipe, I am not adding any sauce. If you prefer, you can have some.

Ingredients:


Basmati Rice- 2 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup(thinly chopped)
Garlic- 1
tbsp(chopped)
Beans- 1/2 cup(thinly chopped)
Capsicum- 1/2 cup(thinly chopped)
Egg- 2
Boneless Chicken- 100g
Salt
Pepper- 1tbsp
Oil
Water


Preparation:

Cook rice in 4 to 5 cups of water(don't overcook the rice.). After it get cooked, remove it to a colander to drain the water completely.
In a pan, take some water. Add the chicken. Add pepper powder and enough salt. Cook the chicken well. allow it to cool. Once it get cooled, shred it into small pieces.
In a pan, add 2tbsp oil. Put the chopped beans to it and add some salt. Allow it to cook for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame. Drain it to a plate. Add the chopped carrot to the oil. (If there is not enough oil in the pan, add 1 more tablespoon oil.) Also cook it for 10 minutes in low flame. Drain it and put it along with the beans. then salute capsicum in the pan for 5 minutes and drain it . Add garlic to oil and sauce it for 5 minutes and drain it.
In a bowl whisk the eggs lightly along with some pepper powder and salt. pour it into the pan and scramble it very well. put it along with the cooked vegetables.
In a large pan, add 3tbsp oil. Then add the rice, shredded chicken and cooked vegetables and scrambled eggs. Mix it well. Close it with valid and allow it to cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Yummy mixed fried rice is ready. You can serve it with some chilli chicken
